Enhancing your emotional quotient is transformational. It’s a truly behavioral revolution that will positively impact your personal and professional life.

Why emotional intelligence?

Emotional intelligence is considered one of the most important behavioral skills for the future of work. And it has become an even more important issue in our present lives for the past two years.

In 1990, researchers Peter Salovey (Yale) and John Mayer (University of New Hampshire) has coined the term emotional intelligence. Later, Daniel Goleman, author of the book of the same name, popularized the term. Since then, different types of studies and practices related to the concept have emerged.

We’ll be providing a step-by-step approach to our innovative framework. A series of important tools will enable you to develop this often evasive and so-called emotional intelligence skill. The know-how we’ll be sharing with you originates from the (self-directing) methodology we are rooted in. And we bring together decades of experience applying and teaching this system.

Controlling emotions is not synonymous with to develop your emotional intelligence

Many professionals still believe that suppressing emotions is the best solution for dealing with stress. But there could not be better and more efficient ways of managing an emotion?

After all, if suppression were the answer, we would have already solved all our emotional problems by now, right? However, it is precisely the suppression of our emotions that cause us to explode into conflict with others. Or even implode leading to somatization.

Steps to a consistent behavioral change

It’s become clear now that the COVID-19 pandemic has definitively changed our daily lives. The world began to operate at an even greater speed, and the complexity of personal and professional life only increased. In the face of this chaotic reality, wouldn’t it be ideal for you to have the power to cultivate your adaptability?

Our approach offers ways to develop your serenity, maintain a positive emotional balance. It helps to keep an attitude of confidence, even in the face of uncertainty.

In today’s world, resilience has become one of the most coveted skills to overcome challenges. It’s still a critical strategy to come out stronger, more capable of overcoming difficulties, and prospering. That’s why we have developed a complete and comprehensive journey to build resilience in 4 steps.

Building authentic connections and apply conflict management strategies

During the past two years we spent a lot of time in isolation and social distancing. But we also began to realize the importance of authentic connections, healthy and long lasting relationships. As we get aware of it, we started to value having a community of friends, family, and colleagues.

We understand that in order to positively reinforce these types of authentic connections we need to express empathy. We notice the relevance of understanding how other people feel in relation to different situations in life. When we develop empathy, we learn to value diversity and understand how each individual contributes to the growth of groups and relationships in their own way.

Also, during the era of COVID-19, many people began to spend more time together in restricted spaces. It happened specially with fewer people, such as with spouses, parents, children, etc., increasing the potential for conflicts. In addition, the remote work environment came with its own set of communication challenges. It made miscommunication or a lack of communication more likely amongst colleagues adjusting to the new scenario. Therefore, including conflict management strategies was a must for our emotional intelligence framework.

Sustainable behavioral change and the ability to steer your emotions in favor of your well-being

And finally, what good would learning tools to develop the skills mentioned above, if you couldn’t update yourself consistently with behavioral change?

In order to make this emotional intelligence program sustainable, we conclude it by covering the best strategies for constant improvement.

Behavioral change develops your self-awareness and, from there, the ability to steer your emotions in favor of your well-being. It contributes to the ability to learn continuously. And, finally, it elevates professional performance and personal growth, for you and everyone you interact with.

Body intelligence enhances your well being and response to life

Body intelligence is perceiving and harnessing bodily information in pursuit of improving your well being and performance, health, mood, and overall response to life. With the rise of technology, it’s become easy to rely upon machines to inform us about the status of our health, well being, and performance. This isn’t a problem until it leads us to discount our built-in ability to perceive when something isn’t right. Upgrading your body intelligence is an extremely efficient way to elevate your overall well being and performance.
